Objectives: This study was conducted to determine usage of public & internal relations methods, labour ethics applications and interventions of public relations which applied to 4 different it companies as retrospective. Methods: In this study, thirty cases that could be reached to their records between these dates were evaluated; drama techniques and case play were used for investigations. Data was evaluated by using literature and application evaluations of the mutual conversations. Results: It has been detected that mostly employees and representatives are positive on issues management also global companies and the companies which have HR departments have standard and much more detailed applications. First of all companies exert legal concerns. If the perspective will change sure much more balanced work atmospheres will emerge, hence productivity will raise. Originality: We need public relations & issues management proffessionals everyday. As worklife is getting complicated everyday and employees and employers face to internal problems are the main reasons for structuring an issues management model.
