Türk boylarının dünya üzerinde geniş alanlara yayılmaları ve çok çeşitli uluslarla temas kurmaları destanlarına da yansımıştır. İlk kayda geçirilen destanlardan Oğuz Kağan Destanı dahil geçtiğimiz yüzyılda derlenen destanlar da bu niteliğini korumuştur. Kırgız Türkleri destan geleneğini günümüzde en canlı haliyle devam ettirmeleri bakımından Türk boyları içinde ayrıcalıklı bir yere sahiptir. Özellikle Manas Destanı Kırgızların günlük hayatlarının bir parçasıdır. Manas Destanı diğer Kırgız destanlarına göre etnik malzeme bakımdan çok zengindir . Bu makalede Manas Destanı’nda yer alan halkların büyük çoğunluğuna yer veren Toltoy Destanı etnik isimlendirmeler açısından analiz edilmiştir. Toltoy Destanı Doğu Türkistanlı Manasçı Cusup Mamay’dan geçtiğimiz yüzyılın son çeyreğinde derlenmiştir. Er Bagış’ın oğlu olan Toltoy Manas’ın oğlu Semetey ile aynı dönemde yaşamış ve Kırgız halkını tehdit eden düşmanlarla mücadele etmiştir. Çalışmada tarihsel yöntem ve metin analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ele alına etnik unsurların başında Cediger ve diğer Kırgızlar gelmekte, ardından Kızılbaşlar, Türkmenler, Çürçütler, Kara Kıtaylar, Kalmuklar, Şibeler, Kazaklar ve Ruslar gibi diğer halklara değinilmektedir. Çalışma sırasında adı geçen halklar öncelikle tarihi açıdan incelenmiş, ardından Manas Destanı başta olmak üzere diğer destanlarda nasıl işlendikleri anlatılmış, daha sonra da Toltoy Destanı’nında bu halklarla ilgili kısımlar analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak Toltoy Destanı etnik unsurlarla ilgili verdiği bilgiler açısından Manas Destanı’yla paralellik göstermekte ve onunla kıyaslandığında azımsanmayacak bir malzeme sunmaktadır.
It has also reflected the distinctions of the Turkish lengths spreading to the widespread spheres around the world and contacting many different nations. From the first recorded casts, the casts collected in the past century, including the Son of the Covenant cast, also preserved this character. The Kyrgyz Turks have an important place for their researchers in terms of continuing their tradition of casting in the most vivid way today. Especially the Manas Destana is part of the everyday life of the Kyrgyz. The Manas Destana is very rich in ethnic material, compared to other Kyrgyz histories. This article has been analyzed in terms of ethnic denominations of the Toltoy Destany, which is the majority of the peoples in Manas Destany. Toltoy Destany was collected in the last quarter of the last century by the Eastern Turkish manascient Cusup Mamay. The son of Er Bagış, Toltoy Manas, lived in the same period with Semetey and fought with enemies that threatened the Kyrgyz people. At the beginning of the ethnic elements addressed in Destanda, Cediger and other Kyrgyz people come, then other ethnic elements, such as Red Bulls, Turkmenists, Churchuts, Black Countries, Kalmucks, Shibs, Kazakhs and Russians are evaluated. The people named during the study were first studied from a historical point of view, then described how they were processed in other stories, including Manas Destana, and then analysed the parts related to these peoples in Toltoy Destana. As a result, this article demonstrates that Toltoy Destany has shown parallelity with Manas Destany in terms of information about ethnic elements, reveals the ethnic connections of the stone, which is one of the main motives of the Turkish folklore, and analyzes the ethnic direction of the world formed in the paintings of the Kyrgyz destany.
