Abstract Agricultural tourism enterprises operating in the service sector attract the attention of tourists in terms of offering different and content-rich products/services that have attracted attention in recent years. Especially in a peaceful and quiet environment, intertwined with nature, being able to discharge with different activities, obtaining opportunities for acquiring different hobbies, consuming organic and healthy food with the products to be produced, having knowledge and experience about different cultures, etc. in terms of providing opportunities/services, agricultural tourism enterprises can come to the fore more. Based on these emerging developments, the share of agricultural tourism enterprises in tourism is increasing and their importance in the Turkish economy is increasing as in other countries' economies. In the study; analyzes and suggestions for compliance, applicability, efficiency in production and customer/consumer satisfaction regarding the practices carried out on production planning and management are included. As a result, analyzes and inferences have been developed for agricultural tourism enterprises to operate by producing products/services in line with their detailed, strategic planning and management processes and their capacities. In addition, in line through service marketing strategies, suggestions have presented for agricultural tourism enterprises to successfully carry out production planning/management activities, to create satisfaction in their target audiences and to gain more customer.
