KLASİK TÜRK ŞİİRİNDE KAHVEYE BAKIŞI YANSITAN BİRKAÇ ÖRNEK VE KAHVEYE DAİR MANZUM BİR FETVA

Klasik Türk Edebiyatında sosyal hayata dair pek çok unsurun yer aldığı bilinmektedir. Bunlardan biri olan kahve topluma girmesiyle birlikte çeşitli tartışmalara konu olmuş siyasî, dinî, toplumsal ve edebî yönlerden farklı alanlarda varlık göstermiştir. Gündelik yaşam içinde yaygınlaşmaya başlaması üzerine kahve gazellere konu olmuş, kimi şairler tarafından övülmüş ve memnuniyetle karşılanmış, kimileri ise kahveyi zararlı bulmuşlardır. Tıpkı edebî metinler gibi fetvâlar da dönemin sosyal hayatına ışık tutması bakımından önemli kaynaklardır. Klasik Türk şiirinde beyitlerde kendine yer bulan kahve, din adamlarına da sıkça sorulmuş ve fetvâlarda değinilen konulardan biri olmuştur. Bu çalışmada 16. yüzyılda Osmanlı toplumuna giren kahvenin sosyal hayata, dinî anlayışa, edebiyata ve metinlere nasıl yansıdığı örneklerle izah edilmeye çalışılmış, özellikle de edebî ve dinî olarak kahvenin ne şekilde ele alındığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Önce kahvenin divan şiirinde kendine hangi bakımdan yer bulduğunu gösteren örnekler verilmiş, ardından dînî otoritelerce kahveye karşı nasıl bir yaklaşım olduğu Şeyhülislam Bostanzâde Mehmed Efendi’nin meşhur fetvâsı merkeze alınarak değerlendirilmiştir. Kahve ile birlikte kendini gösteren kahvehâneler ve onlarla ilgili yasaklar özellikle 16. yüzyıl divanları ve fetvâları incelendiğinde ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada hem şiirlerde kahvenin ve kahvehânelerin hangi yönlerden yer aldığına, hem de yine şiir tarzında kaleme alınmış bir fetvâdaki kahveye ilişkin hükümlere yer verilmiştir.

It is known that many elements of social life are included in the classical Turkish literature. One of them, coffee has been the subject of various discussions along with the entrance to society; it has appeared in different areas of political, religious, social and literary aspects. When coffee began to spread in everyday life, it was the subject of gazels, some were praised and welcomed by poets, some found coffee harmful. Like literary texts, fetvas are also important sources in terms of keeping light on the social life of the time. Coffee in the classical Turkish poetry is one of the topics frequently asked to religious men and referred to in the fetts. 16 in this work. In the century, it was tried to be explained by examples of how coffee enters the Ottoman society in social life, religious understanding, literature and texts, especially literally and religiously, it was focused on how coffee was treated. First, examples were given in the divan poem showing how the coffee finds its place, then the religious authorities assessed how the approach to the coffee was taken to the center by the famous fetvâs of Sheikh Islam Bostanzâde Mehmed Efendi. Coffee-related cafés and their prohibitions appear especially when the 16th century divans and fetvans are studied. In the study, both the poems and the coffee shops are included in what aspects, as well as the provisions concerning coffee in a poetry-style fetva.
