Ülkemizde yaygın din eğitimi etkinlikleri resmi olarak Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. Başkanlığın yaygın din eğitimi hizmeti sunduğu kurumlardan birisi de Kur’an Kurslarıdır. Bu araştırmaya konu edilen “4-6 Yaş Grubu Kur’an Kursları”, okul öncesi dönemdeki çocuklara din ve değer eğitimi vermek maksadıyla, 2013-2014 yılında uygulamaya konulmuştur. Bu araştırmada söz konusu kurslarda görev yapan öğreticilerin pedagojik formasyon yeterliklerinin durumu ele alınmıştır. Çalışma betimsel tarama modeli esas alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma 2017/2018 eğitim öğretim döneminde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya 430 öğretici katılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bazı sonuçlar şunlardır: Araştırmaya katılan öğreticilerin önemli bir kısmı eğitim-öğretim yeterlikleri konusunda kendilerini yeterli bulmamışlardır. Onların en fazla yetersizlik yaşadıkları konuların öğrenci merkezli öğretim yöntem ve tekniklerini bilememe, çocukları motive edememe, sınıf yönetimini sağlayamama, çocuklarla etkili iletişim kuramama gibi konular olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
In our country, widespread religious educational activities are officially carried out by the President of the Dianet Affairs. One of the institutions that the presidency offers widespread religious education services is the Qur’an courses. The "4-6-year-old group Qur'an courses" subject to this study were implemented in 2013-2014, with the aim of providing pre-school children with religious and valuable education. This study discussed the status of the pedagogical formation skills of the teachers in the relevant courses. The work was carried out on the basis of the visual scan model. The research was carried out in the 2017/2018 educational period. 430 teachers participated in the study. Some of the results obtained in the study are: A significant proportion of the teachers involved in the study did not find themselves sufficient in their educational and teaching qualifications. The topics they experience with overly insufficiency have come to be themes such as ignorance of student-centered teaching methods and techniques, incapacity to motivate children, incapacity to provide class management, incapacity to communicate effectively with children.
Non-religious educational activities are carried out officially by the Presidency of Religious Affairs in Turkey. One of the non-religious educational institutions that the Presidency of Religious Affairs presents is the Qur’an Courses. The topic of this research titled “Qur’an Courses for Age Group 4-6” was applied to the preschool children for the aim of giving them religious and values education in accordance with their intellectual levels, contents and methods since 2013-2014 academic years. This article deals with instructional proficiencies of those instructors who work at those courses. This research was done through descriptive survey model. The research was conducted in 2017/2018 academic year. 430 instructors participated in the research. Some important results taken from the research as follows: An important part of the instructors did not find themselves as sufficient in the proficiencies of education and instruction at the courses. It was understood from these statements that they had some insufficiencies in the process of preschool education and did not have enough knowledge and abilities sufficiently about children in these ages.
