İnsan ve doğa ilişkisi, insanlık tarihi içinde çok uzun yıllar öncesinden itibaren üzerine düşünülen bir konudur. Bu tartışmada bir birinden farklı bakış açısı ve felsefi düşünce gelişmiştir. Ekoloji bunlar arasında hem bir doğa hareketi hem de bir felsefi düşünce grubu olarak önemli bir yer tutar ve ayrıca kendi içinde farklılaşır. Bu çalışma, farklı ekolojik yaklaşımlardan toplumsal ekoloji üzerinde durmaktadır. Çalışma içinde toplumsal ekolojinin teorik ve kavramsal olarak incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır ve bu toplumsal ekolojinin temel kavramlarından birisi olan ‘hiyerarşi’ olgusu kullanılarak yapılmaya çalışılacaktır. ‘Hiyerarşi’ kavramı üzerinden toplumsal ekolojinin nasıl oluştuğu ve ne tarz politika önerileri oluşturduğu bu makalenin açıklamaya çalıştığı araştırma sorusudur. Bu soruyu cevaplayabilmek için çalışmada, Antik Yunan’dan modernite dönemine toplumsal ekolojinin etkilendiği düşünceler ele alınarak, hiyerarşi bağlamında teorik ve kavramsal bir toplumsal ekoloji okuması yapılmaktadır.
The relationship between man and nature is a topic that has been considered in the history of mankind many years ago. In this discussion, a different perspective and philosophical thought developed from one. Ecology holds an important place among them both as a movement of nature and as a philosophical group of thought, and also differs within itself. This study focuses on social ecology from different ecological approaches. The study aims to study theoretically and conceptually the social ecology and will be attempted to be done using the phenomenon of the 'hierarchies', which is one of the basic concepts of this social ecology. It is the research question that this article is trying to explain how social ecology is formed through the concept of 'hierarchy' and what kind of policy proposals are made. To be able to answer this question, the study, by addressing the ideas influenced by social ecology from Ancient Greece to modernity period, makes a theoretical and conceptual social ecology read in the context of the hierarchy.
