Abstract:

The aim of our study is to study whether the levels of leisure management of students between the ages of 13 and 18 are varied according to gender, age, class, situations of finding themselves successful in classes, situations of evaluation of recreational activities, daily leisure times, situations of efficient use of their leisure times and variations of leisure activities. The study included 259 (149 men and 110 women) people who studied at Konya, Mersin, Karaman, Niğde and Istanbul Tff Celal Aras Sports High Schools. As a data collection tool, the personal information form prepared by the researchers was developed by Wang, Kao, Huan and Wu (2011) and used by the Turkish adaptation Akgül and Karaküçük (2015) for the validity and reliability of the "Free Time Management Scale (BZYÖ)" and the "Free Time Management Scale". The data obtained in the study was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 package program. Since the number of data is more than 30 the normal values of the data have been studied by the Kolmogorov-Simirnov (Lilliefors) test, and it has been found that the data is compatible with normal distribution because these values are less than 0.05 and the confusion and compression ratio are within the limits of ±1 (Morgan, Leech, Gloeckner and Barrett, 2004). Since the scores are normally distributed, the t-test and one-way variance analysis (One-way ANOVA) are used for non-related samples from the parametric tests. In the findings of the study, the scale of future expectations "Gender, age, class, success, recreational, leisure time, time efficient use, leisure time activity has not shown a significant difference in terms of future expectations according to demographic variables and leisure time management according to some variables, the scale of students according to age variables has a statistically significant difference between the scale's overall scale and the scale's overall scale, and the scale's daily leisure time variables according to the scale's "evaluation" scale has a statistically significant difference. As a result; studies on the future of high school students prepared to be put into life during adolescence are important. It is not appropriate that the results are generalized to different age groups and regions. Therefore, the application of the studies on the subject to different age categories will make a significant contribution to the acquisition of more detailed data on young people and the field writing.
