Bu araştırma, okul yöneticisi ve öğretmenlerin öğretmen devamsızlığının nedenleri ve çözüm önerileri getirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizi yapılırken içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Balıkesir ili Karesi ilçe merkezinde bulunan okullarda görevli yönetici ve öğretmenlere uygulanmıştır. Görüşme yapılan kişi sayısı 20 kişidir.
Araştırma, nitel bütüncül çok durum desenli betimsel tarama yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında görüşme tekniğinden yararlanılmış araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış Balıkesir ili Karesi ilçe merkezinde devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan 10 görevli yönetici ve 10 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verileri tema analizi, vaka analizi ve betimsel analizle çözümlenmiştir.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; öğretmen devamsızlık yapma sebeplerinin “Hastalık nedeniyle, akraba ölümü, eğitim nedeniyle ve diğer nedenlerle ”olduğu, öğretmenlerin yaptığı devamsızlıkların eğitimin kalitesini olumsuz etkilediği, öğrencilerin derslerden soğuduğu ve uyum sorunu yaşandığı, devamsızlık yapan kişinin dışlandığı, öğretmenler arasında dostluk oluşmasına engel olduğuveiletişim sorununa neden olduğu, devamsızlıkların okul yöneticisi ile öğretmenler arasındaki ilişkiyi bozduğu, güven kaybına neden olduğu ve hoşnutsuzluk yarattığı, öğretmen devamsızlığının iyileştirilmesi ve önlenmesi için öğretmenlerin mazeret izinlerinde yeniden düzenlenmeye gidilmesi gerektiği, öğretmenlerin maaşlarında iyileştirme yapılması gerektiği, öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri arasında iletişim kurulması gerektiği, öğretmenlerin ulaşım sorununun giderilmesi gerektiği görülmektedir.
This research was conducted with the aim of bringing the reasons and solutions for the teachers' continuity of school managers and teachers. Research methods have been used. In the study, data analysis technique was used. The work group of the research was applied to managers and teachers in the schools located in the fisheries district center. The number of people interviewed is 20.
The research has been carried out with the qualitative comprehensive multi-state pattern imaging scan method. The research data collection is developed by the researchers using the interview technique and is composed of 10 official managers and 10 teachers who are working in the state schools in the center of the district. The research data is analyzed through thematic analysis, case analysis and visual analysis.
According to the research, the reasons for teaching continuity are "for the cause of illness, family death, education and other reasons", the continuity of teachers has a negative impact on the quality of education, the students are cooled from classes and the problems of conformity, the person who does continuity is excluded, the friendship between teachers is prevented, the problem of communication is caused, the continuity of the relationship between the school manager and the teachers is broken, the loss of confidence and the dissatisfaction is caused, the teacher continuity is improved and the teacher continuity is prevented, the teacher continuity is needed to be reorganized, the teacher continuity is needed to be reorganized, the teacher continuity is needed to be reorganized, the teacher continuity is needed to be reorganized, the teacher continuity is needed to be reorganized, the teacher continuity is needed
