Abstract:

The concept of satisfaction (satisfaction) has been a focus of interest for many researchers for years. The person with unlimited demands and needs feels happiness and pleasure to the extent that he can meet these demands and needs. But the nature and quantity of this appearance of pleasure varies by time, environment and individual. The situation that reveals these differences is sometimes caused by the individual himself, and sometimes by factors outside of himself. In particular, the work intensive health sector can directly affect the process, quality and output of the satisfying service that the staff feels toward the work and organization of the work. In this study, it is important for hospital organizations, which could affect work satisfaction, demographic factors and system availability scores have been tried to figure out. In the collection of research data, individual questions were used to measure the work satisfaction, the Minnesota Business Doyum Scale and the System Availability Scale (SUS) to measure the system availability. According to the research findings, the system availability on internal saturation, gender and time work variables in the hospital have a positive effect. The age variable has a negative effect on the inner saturation. System availability on external saturation has a positive effect on the scores of system availability, gender and time work variables in the hospital.
