Abstract:

Bilişim ve onun rehberliğinde geliştirilen ilgili teknolojiler, insanoğlunun evriminde atılmış en önemli adımlardan biridir. Öyle ki, bilişim teknolojisi bugünün toplum bilimcileri tarafından yazının icadı, kâğıdın kullanılmaya başlanması ve devingen harfli basımevinin yaygınlaşması ile aynı değer ve önem listesi içerisinde gösterilir. Bilgisayar, özellikle de internetin günü-müzde eriştiği etki zincirinin çapı dikkate alındığında, söz konusu listede yapılacak her yenilenme şüphesiz bilişim dünyasının lehine olacaktır. Bu çalışmada bilişimin ve bilişim teknolojilerinin kütüphaneler özelinde, bilgi merkezleri ve hizmetlerinin farklı alanlarında yarattığı değişimlerin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Yalnız bilgi dünyası için değil, ikinci, hatta üçüncü ilişki zincirleri ile soysal ve kültürel yaşama ilişkin de ciddi değişim anlamına gelen bu alanlar bilgi kaynakları ve kayıt ortamları, bilgi dünya-sına yönelik kavramlar ve bilgi mülkiyeti, bilginin düzenlenmesi, bilgi pro-fesyonelleri ve kullanıcıları ile sınırlandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Ağırlıklı ola-rak betimleme yönteminden yararlanılarak kurgulanan araştırmanın, bili-şimin insan yaşamının pek çok yönüne silinmeyecek derin izler bırakan et-kileri ve yarattığı beklentiler açısından –nostalji ile de harmanlanmış– ya-lın, herkes için anlaşılabilir ve içselleştirilebilir bir kavramsal çerçeve orta-ya koyacağı ve bu yönü ile hem bilişim hem de bilgi bilim alan literatürüne katkı sağlayacağı değerlendirilmektedir.Anahtar Sözcükler: Bilişim, bilişim teknolojisi, bilgi dünyası, bilgi merkez-leri, bilgi hizmetleri,AbstractThe informatics as well as the related technologies, which have been devel-oped under the scope of the information, is one of the most important steps taken in the evolution of human being. Such that, information technology can be shown in the same value and importance list via the spread of the dynamic lettering printing house, the use of paper and the invention of writing that have been used by sociologists in recent years. When the size of the influence chain of the internet is taken into consideration the com-puter will undoubtedly be in favor of the information world with every inno-vation in the related list. In this study, it is aimed to reveal the changes that have been created by information technologies in different areas of li-braries, information centers and services. These areas that are thought as a severe changing in not only for the information world but also for the sec-ond and even third changes of relationship with social, cultural life have been tried to limit by the information resources and recording media, con-cepts for information world, information ownership, determination of the in-formation, information professionals and users. It is thought that the study that is mainly based on the description method will reveal the conceptual framework that can be understood and internalized for everyone in terms of the effects of the information on human life.
