Abstract:

Corporate websites have played a very important role in the recruitment process in recent years. Institutions are able to reach their websites and seekers of business, inform them about their human resources policies and practices, and offer the possibility to apply online. Similarly, the potential human resources can also learn about the organization and human resources applications from the corporate websites. This study is aimed at showing the role of corporate websites in the recruitment process. In this direction, first and foremost electronic human resources management E-ICY and electronic employment E-employment concepts have been theoretically explained and the importance of institutions has been highlighted. In the second part, a research was carried out in Turkey with the aim of revealing how the preferred of the company use their corporate websites for e-commerce purposes. According to the results of the research, the top 20 most popular companies in Turkey use their websites effectively in terms of publication of employment ads and the possibility of online application.
