Abstract:

Today, the countries are struggling to qualified human resources and regulate their educational systems accordingly. In our country, in this direction, the recognition, guidance and education processes of superior skilled individuals have significant responsibilities to class teachers. The aim of this research is to identify the perceptions of the class teachers who have an important role in the education of superior talents. In this study, the methods of research have been used. The study group formed 10 class teachers who work in the Ministry of National Education determined with the maximum variety of sampling methods for the purpose of the study. In the study, a semi-configured conversation form was used as a data collection tool and the data was analyzed using the visual analysis method. The study found that classmates found themselves insufficient in the education of superior talented students. It has also been found that class teachers experience some problems during the training of superior skilled students, such as physical capacity deficiency, problems caused by the parent, lack of material. Based on the results of the research, the researchers have presented some recommendations such as servicing training in the training of superior talents of classmates, counseling seminars and material provision.
