In the article "Uzbek poet Tahir Kahhar's art characteristics" the famous name of the Turkish world in contemporary period, the scientist, translator, the art characteristics of the Uzbek poet Tahir Kahhar, the translations made from Azerbaijani literature have become the subject of research. The research results are generally assessed by the poet’s art and activity in terms of his unique services to the Turkish world. It becomes clear that the free-conscious poet of the Uzbek people, who has remained faithful to national traditions, has transferred Uzbek national poetry traditions to future generations by preserving themes, forms and content. The author also pointed to national issues in the selection of translators from the Azerbaijani language, and thus introduced new masmons to art relations.
