Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study health indicators by structural equality modeling. For this purpose, it has been tried to identify the effects of selected independent variables (the number of doctors, nurses, parents and beds) on the dependent variables (health spending, lifetime and child death rate). The research was tested using data from Turkey between 1975 and 2017 with the SPSS Version 24 and AMOS Version 23 analysis of structural equality modeling (path). According to the model created, the number of doctors has a positive impact on health expenditure (1,11). Health spending is positive for the lifetime (1,00); the child’s death rate is negative (1,00). There is a negative link between the number of Ebe and the health expenditure (-0,44). The impact of the number of nurses and beds on health expenses is (0,22 and 0,04) respectively. The results of the analysis found that the number of doctors and nurses in health in Turkey has a positive impact on health expenditure. The number of EBEs has been shown to have a negative impact on health spending. The number of hospital beds did not have a significant impact on health expenses. The increase in health expenditure in Turkey has a positive impact on health levels.
