Klasik Türk edebiyatında farklı nazım şekilleriyle yazılmış birçok tür bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan biri de nasihat-nâmelerdir. Daha çok didaktik bir karakter arz eden bu tür, Türk edebiyatına İran ve Arap edebiyatından geçmiştir. Nasihat-nâmelerde şairler okuyucuya sosyal, siyasi, dinî ve ahlaki konularda birtakım mesajlar verir. Temel kaynağı Kuran ve hadisler olan bu mesajların amacı birey ve toplumu irşad edip olgun insan yetiştirmektir. Yunus Emre’nin yazmış olduğu Risâletü’n-Nushiyye Anadolu sahasında yazılmış ilk nasihat-nâme örneği olarak gösterilir. Süregelen yüzyıllarda telif ve tercüme olarak çok sayıda nasihat-nâme yazılmıştır. Dede Ömer Rûşenî, Şeyh İbrahim Gülşenî, Eşrefoğlu Rûmî, Sinan Paşa, Nidâî, Birgivî Mehmet Efendi, Cemâlî, Güvâhî, Nâbî ve Sünbülzâde Vehbî’nin nasihat-nâmeleri de bu türün önemli örneklerindendir. Mesnevi nazım şekliyle müstakil bir eser olarak yazılan nasihat-nâmeler dışında divanlarda nasihat-nâme türünde kaleme alınmış manzumelere de rastlanmaktadır. Bunlardan biri de 20. yüzyıl şairlerinden Yozgatlı Hüznî’nin oğlu Abdullah Ebu’l-Kasım için yazdığı nasihat-nâmesidir. 142 beyitten müteşekkil olan manzumede şair, oğluna hitaben sosyal, ahlaki ve dinî değerler üzerinden öğütler vermektedir. Bu çalışmada Hüznî’nin mezkur nasihat-nâmesi değerler perspektifli bir bakış açısıyla tahlil edilecektir.
There are many types of classical Turkish literature written in different forms of nazim. One of them is the advice.
