Bu çalışmanın amacı, okul müdürlerinin program uygulamalarını yönetme konusundaki öz-yeterlik algılarını belirlemek amacıyla bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması 26’sı %7,6 kadın, 318’i 92,4 erkek olmak üzere toplam 344 okul müdürü üzerinde yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği için açımlayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda 28 maddeden oluşan, toplam varyansın % 60,222’sini açıklayan dört faktörlü bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin, Kaiser-Meyer Olkin KMO uyum değeri 0,938, Bartlett Küresellik Testi ise 5445,874 hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik analizi hesaplamasında, Cronbach Alpha katsayısı α=.94 bulunmuştur. The purpose of this study is to develop a scale of school principals’ self-efficacy perceptions of curriculum practices. Validity and reliability of the scale were conducted with 26 female 7.6% , and 318 male 92.4% school principals N=344 . Explanatory factor analysis was employed for the validity test. The results of the analysis emerged a structure with 28 items and four factors explaining 60.222% of the variance. The compatibility measure was calculated to be 0.983 for Kaiser-Meyer Olkin KMO , and 5445.874 for the Bartlett Test. For the reliability, Cronbach alpha was found to be 0.94.
