Abstract:

When the Republic of Turkey was announced, there were great demands in the field of suburbanity, as in other areas of society’s life. When the new state was established, new movements were carried out in the suburban area. In transport areas such as roads, railways, seaways and postal services, the construction of ports, water affairs such as water drying and irrigation, the organization of development programmes and the resolution of housing problems and the construction of large state buildings have entered into a large activity. Academic studies on these subjects are generally conducted by economists and technical elements. Looking at the topic with a historical look, in this work we have contributed to literature by processing the information we obtained from the Greater National Assembly Budget talks. This is the result of the completion of the missing parts of the subject.
