Abstract:

Sinoval sarcoma accounts for 5-10% of all soft tissue sarcoma. It is often seen between 3 and 5 decades. 65% of cases are localized in the lower limb and surrounded by the knees. It occurs in 3 histopathological types, including the Bifasic type, the Monophasic type of fibrosis and the Bad Differential type. Histopathological diagnosis is placed with microscopic findings, the determination of positive painting and translocation of t(X;18) in epithelial markers. The forecast is bad and the 5-year and 10-year survival rates are 38-76 and 20-63%. The preparations and immunboyamals of 20 cases diagnosed with sinovical sarcoma between 2005 and 2009 were retrospective reviewed in the Department of Pathology of the University of Uludağ. At the end of the study, our series is small and our tracking time is short, but considering forecast criteria such as tumor diameter, tumor localization, age and histopathological type, our findings are consistent with literary findings and the long-term follow-up greater series studies can provide healthier forecast data.
