Abstract:

Kişisel zekâ olarak duygusal zekâ ve makine zekâsı olarak yapay zekâ, son yirmi yılda ilgili literatürde popüler olmaya başlamıştır.  Bu çalışma bu iki kavramı birleştirmekte ve özel güvenlik endüstrisindeki hizmet çalışanlarına odaklanarak duygusal ve yapay zekânın çalışanların verimliliğini artırmasını ve performansını nasıl etkilediğini teorik anlamda araştırmaktadır. Araştırmanın metodoloji Google akademik ortamdan elde edilen literatür bilgilerden yapılan nitel analiz oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmalar, duygusal zekânın çalışanların elde tutulması ve performansı üzerinde önemli bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir; yapay zekâ ise çalışan performansında önemli bir düzenleyici rol oynuyor. Bulgulara ve çıkarımlara ilişkin bir tartışma bu makalenin amacını ortaya çıkarmaktadır.

Abstract:

Emotional intelligence as personal intelligence and artificial intelligence as machine intelligence have become popular in the relevant literature over the last two decades.  This study combines these two concepts and theoretically explores how emotional and artificial intelligence influence employee productivity and performance, focusing on service workers in the private security industry. The methodology of the research is a qualitative analysis of the literature obtained from the Google academic environment. Research shows that emotional intelligence has a significant impact on employee retention and performance, while artificial intelligence plays an important moderating role in employee performance. A discussion of the findings and implications is the purpose of this paper.
