TAKI TASARIMINDA ÜÇ BOYUTLU (3D) MODELLEME: KURUMSAL OKUL MEZUNİYET YÜZÜKLERİ

Gelişen teknolojilerle birlikte üretim anlayışı evrilerek değişen kuyumculuk ve takı tasarımı yeni uygulama alanlarını bünyesine dâhil etmektedir. Hemen her sektörde olduğu gibi insan hayatını kolaylaştırmak ya da daha fazla alıcıya ulaşma amacıyla takı tasarım ve üretim sürecini hızlandırmak ya da kolaylaştırmak için bilgisayar sanal ortamında kullanılan; rhinoceros, matrix, jewelcad, zbrush gibi üç boyutlu (3D) modelleme programları geliştirilmiştir. Yakın gelecekte iki boyutlu ara yüze sahip web sayfalarının yerini sanal gerçekliğin almaya başlamasıyla, üç boyutlu modelleme programlarının bir ihtiyaç halini alacağı kaçınılmaz olarak görülmektedir. Çoğunlukla endüstriyel ya da mimari ürünlerin tasarlanması veya doğrudan kuyumculuk ve takı tasarım uygulamaları için geliştirilmiş bu programlar aracılığıyla, sanal ortamda üç boyutlu tasarlanan ve geliştirilen takı ürünlerin üretimi için yine yüksek hassasiyete sahip 3D yazıcılar geliştirilmiştir. Hızlı prototipleme olarak kabul edilen bu yazıcılar sayesinde antik çağlardan günümüze kadar ulaşmış klasik döküm tekniklerinin bir ya da birkaç aşaması uygulanmadan üretimde aşılabilmiştir. Bu gelişmeler kuyumculuk sektöründe üç boyutlu modelleme tasarımcılarına da ihtiyaç duyulmasına sebep olmuştur. Tasarımın, üretim sayısını ve sürecini hızlandırmak amacıyla ortaya çıkan üç boyutlu modelleme programları ile aynı zamanda ürün daha tasarım aşamasındayken sanal ortamda sınırsız değişiklik imkanına erişilmiştir. Bu durum hem üretimde hata payına ayrılan zamanı, hem de yüksek mali kayıpları engellemiştir. Üç boyutlu modelleme programları her türlü takı tasarım ve üretiminde kullanıldığı günümüzde, kurumsal okul mezuniyet yüzüklerinin de ortaya çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Kurumsal aidiyet duygusunu kabul ettirmek ve marka değerini oluşturup korumak adına seri üretimle üyelerine ulaştırılan okul mezuniyet yüzükleri; taşsız,  değerli veya yarı değerli süstaşlı, kuruma ait sembol veya logolar rölyef ya da oyma figürlerle desteklenerek tasarlanmıştır. Üç boyutlu modelleme programları, 3D yazıcılar, bunların çalışma prensipleri, gelinen noktada güncel takı tasarım ile üretim aşamaları ve yakın gelecekte özellikle kurumsal yüzük üretiminin ulaşacağı nokta bu çalışma ile ortaya çıkarılmıştır.

Abstract:

With the advanced technologies, the development of the production concept and the changing coating and jewelry design incorporates new areas of application into it. As in almost every industry, three-dimensional (3D) modeling programs, such as rhinoceros, matrix, jewelcad, zbrush, have been developed to speed up or facilitate the process of design and production of jewelry in order to facilitate human life or reach more buyers. In the near future, as two-dimensional interface web pages begin to be replaced by virtual reality, it is inevitable that three-dimensional modeling programs will become a need. Thro these programmes developed mainly for the design of industrial or architectural products or directly for the application of crossing and jewelry design, 3D printers with high sensitivity have been developed for the production of three-dimensional jewelry products designed and developed in the virtual environment. Through these printers, which are known as fast prototyping, one or more stages of the classic casting techniques reached from the ancient times to the present day can be overwhelmed in production without the application. These developments have also led to the need for three-dimensional modeling designers in the coal industry. With the three-dimensional modeling programs arising in order to accelerate the design, production and process, the possibility of unlimited changes in the virtual environment has also been achieved while the product is more in the design phase. This has prevented both the time dedicated to the error share in production and the high financial losses. Three-dimensional modeling programs are used in all kinds of jewelry design and production today, and corporate school graduation rings are also made available. School graduation rings delivered to their members by serial production in order to accept the sense of corporate affiliation and to create and preserve the brand value are designed by supporting stone-free, valuable or semi-value injections, institutional symbols or logos with rolling or rolling figures. Three-dimensional modeling programs, 3D printers, their working principles, the current jewelry design and production stages at the point of view and the point that corporate ring production will reach in the near future.

With the developing technologies, the understanding of production has evolved and changing jewelery and jewelry design incorporates new application areas. As in almost every sector, it is used in the computer virtual environment to facilitate or speed up the jewelry design and production process in order to facilitate human life or reach more buyers; rhinoceros, matrix. Three-dimensional (3D) modeling programs such as jewelcad and zbrush have been developed. With virtual reality taking the place of web pages with two-dimensional interface in the near future, it is inevitable that three-dimensional modeling programs will become a necessity. High precision 3D printers have been developed for the production of three-dimensionally designed and developed jewelry products in the virtual environment through these programs, which are mostly developed for the design of industrial or architectural products or directly for jewelry and jewelry design applications. Thanks to these printers, which are considered as rapid prototyping, the classical casting techniques that have survived from ancient times to the present have been overcome in production without applying one or more stages. These developments have led to the need for three-dimensional modeling designers in the jewelry industry. With the three-dimensional modeling programs that emerged in order to accelerate the number and process of design, production, unlimited changes were possible in the virtual environment while the product was still in the design phase. This situation prevented both the time allocated to the margin of error in production and high financial losses. Today, when three-dimensional modeling programs are used in all kinds of jewelry design and production, corporate school graduation rings have also emerged. School graduation rings delivered to their members by mass production in order to establish the sense of corporate belonging and to create and protect the brand value; without stones, with precious or semi-precious gemstones, corporate symbols or logos are supported by reliefs or carved figures. Three-dimensional modeling programs, 3D printers, their working principles, current jewelry design and production stages and the point that corporate ring production will reach in the near future have been revealed with this study.
