COVİD 19 enfeksiyonun yaygın belirtileri solunum semptomları, ateş yüksekliği, öksürük ve dispnedir. COVİD 19 enfeksiyonu asemptomatik seyredebileceği gibi, hafif seyirli solunum yolu enfeksiyonundan, pnömoni, ağır akut solunum yolu enfeksiyonuna kadar çeşitli yelpazede enfeksiyon bulgusuna sebep olabilir. Günümüzde SARS-CoV-2 (novel-virüs) pandemisi hepimizin gündemini meşgul etmektedir. Bir çok viral etken de benzer semptom ve bulgulara neden olabileceğinden ayırıcı tanıda akılda tutulmalıdır.

Common signs of COVID 19 infection are respiratory symptoms, height fever, coughing and dyspneys. As COVID 19 infection can be seen asymptomatically, it can cause a variety of infection finds, from lightly transmitted respiratory infection, pneumonia, to severe acute respiratory infection. Today, the SARS-CoV-2 (novel-virus) pandemic is busy on our agenda. Many viral factors may also cause similar symptoms and findings, and the distinctive diagnosis should be remembered.

Common symptoms of COVID 19 infection are respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, and dyspnea. COVID 19 infection may progress asymptomatically and may cause a variety of infection findings from mild respiratory tract infection to pneumonia to severe acute respiratory infection. Today, the SARS-CoV-2 (novel-virus) pandemic occupies the agenda of all of us. It should be kept in mind in differential diagnosis as many viral factors can cause similar symptoms and signs.
