İnsan sağlığı ilgili sözcükler bir dilin temel söz varlığı içinde yer alan ve kullanım sıklığı çok olan sözcüklerdir. Vücuttaki eksiklikler ve kusurları ifade eden sözcükler de bu söz varlığının bir parçasıdır. Beş duyu organımızdan biri olan gözle ilgili dilimizde çok zengin bir kavram alanı yaratılmıştır. Göz ile ilgili kullanılan bu zengin kavram alanı, Türk dilinin Eski Türkçe döneminden itibaren yazılı kaynaklarda tanıklanmaktadır. Bu yazı kapsamında, Memlûk-Kıpçak Türkçesinin zengin söz varlığı içinde tespit ettiğimiz göz kusurları ile ilgili sözcükler tarihi- karşılaştırmalı yöntemle incelenecek ve ilgili sözcüklerin Modern Kıpçak lehçelerinden biri olan Kazakçadaki durumu değerlendirilecektir. Böylelikle Memlûk-Kıpçak söz varlığında tespit edilen göz kusurları ile ilgili terimlerin Kazakçadaki yansımalarını belirlemekle birlikte Kazakçada ne ölçüde korunduğunu ve ne gibi değişimlere uğradığını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır.
Human health-related words are words that are included in the basic word existence of a language and which are frequently used. The words that express the deficiencies and defects in the body are also part of this word’s existence. One of our five sensory organs, our eye-related language has created a very rich conceptual field. This rich conceptual field used in relation to the eye is witnessed in written sources from the ancient Turkish era of the Turkish language. In the context of this article, the words related to the eye defects we have detected in the rich word existence of Memlûk-Kıpçak Turkish will be examined by a history-comparative method and the situation in Kazakhstan, which is one of the modern Kıpçak languages of the corresponding words, will be assessed. Thus, the purpose of determining the reflection of the terms related to eye defects identified in the presence of the Memlûk-Kıpçak word in Kazakhstan is to show how much it is protected in Kazakhstan and what changes have occurred.
Words related to human health are in the basic vocabulary of a language and have a high frequency of use. Words expressing deficiencies and imperfections in the body are also part of this vocabulary. A very rich concept area has been created in our language about the eye which one of our five senses organs. This rich concept area used in the eye has been witnessed in written sources from the Old Turkic period of the Turkic language. In the context of this article, the words related to the eye defects we detected in the rich vocabulary of Mamluk-Kipchak language will be analyzed with a comparative method and the situation of the related words in Kazakh, one of the Modern Kipchak dialects, will be evaluated. In this way, it is aimed to reveal to what extent it is preserved and what changes it has undergone in the Kazakh language while determining the reflections of the health-related vocabulary in Kipchak language in the Kazakh language.
