İslam öğretileriyle müslüman toplumun hayatın her sahasında başarılı ve söz sahibi olmasını ve geri kalmamasını emreder. Gerek sosyal, gerek ekonomik ve gerekse idârî sahada müslümanlara yapılan yönlendirmeler aslında bu sahalarda başarıya ulaşmanın yol haritalarıdır. Hz. Peygamber (s) Medine’ye hicreti müteakip mezkûr sahalarda gerçekleştirdiği çeşitli icraatlarla Müslüman toplumun güçlenmesi ve kalkınması için gerekli altyapıyı kurmuştur. Ayet ve hadislerde insanın yeryüzünü imar ile görevli olduğu, topluma faydalı hizmetlerde bulunabilmek için kazanç sağlamanın büyük fazilet taşıdığı, sermayenin birikim ve muhafazasına büyük önem atfedildiği, fakirlik ve borcun doğurduğu pek çok sakıncadan dolayı istenmediği gibi kalkınmayla alakalı pek çok önemli husus yer almaktadır. Makalede ayrıca İslam düşünce tarihi ve günümüzde kalkınmaya yönelik çeşitli yaklaşımlar ele alınmıştır.
Islam teaches the Muslim community to be successful and prominent in all areas of life and not to stay back. The guidance made to Muslims in the need social, economic and administrative fields is actually the road maps for achieving success in these fields. by Hz. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) established the necessary infrastructure for the strengthening and development of the Muslim community with the various executions he performed in the mosque fields following the migration to Medina. In the verses and hadiths there are many important aspects related to development, such as the fact that man is responsible for building the earth, the great benefit of making profits to be able to find the benefit of the society, the great importance of the accumulation and preservation of capital, the poorness and the debt are not desired because of the many disadvantages. The article also discussed the history of Islamic thought and the various approaches to the development of today.
Islam with its teachings requires the muslim society to succeed in every field of life. The guidances in social, economic and governance areas are in fact the roadmaps to succeed. The Prophet (pbuh) after His hijrah to Madinah set up the infrastructure for the development of muslim society with His various activities. There are many important issues in Qoran and Hadith related to development such as i) human’s duty to develop the infrastructure for earth, ii) the value of earnings in order to serve the society, iii) the importance of capital accumulation and iv) the undesirability of poverty and debt. The article also includes various approaches to development in Islamic thought history and in the modern era.
