Abstract:

Yıldırma, çalışma ortamlarında sıklıkla karşılaşılan ve eğitim kurumlarını etkileyen bir problemdir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin yıldırma hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemek ve yıldırma davranışlarının tarafları, süreçleri, etkileri, sonuçları ve baş etme yolları gibi konulara odaklanmaktır. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak desenlenen bu araştırmada, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme soruları veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, kolay ulaşılabilir durum örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Balıkesir ilinin Altıeylül ilçesindeki farklı devlet okullarının ilkokul ve ortaokul düzeyinde görevli sınıf ve branş öğretmenleri arasından gönüllülük esasına göre belirlenmiş 15 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Öğretmenlerle yüz yüze görüşmeler yoluyla elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda, tüm öğretmenlerin bildiği, gözlemlediği ve üstesinden gelmeye çalıştığı bir durum olan yıldırmanın varlığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Yıldırmanın en çok idareciler tarafından uygulandığı ve öğretmenleri psikolojik, sosyal ve fiziksel açıdan etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca yıldırma davranışları öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarını etkilemekte ve eğitim öğretim sürecine zarar vermektedir. Öğretmenler yıldırma davranışı ile baş etmek için genellikle ya sessiz kaldıkları ya da hakkını aradıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

Lightning is a problem that is frequently encountered in working environments and affects educational institutions. The purpose of this research is to identify teachers’ views about blurring and focus on topics such as the sides, processes, effects, results and ways to deal with blurring behaviors. In this research, designed using the quality research method, semi-configured conversation questions have been used as a data collection tool. The study group was selected by the easy-to-accessed state sample method. The study’s work group consists of 15 teachers determined according to the principle of volunteering from the class and branch teachers at the level of primary and secondary schools of the various state schools in the sixth-september province of Fiskesir during the spring period of the 2022-2023 educational-educational year. The data obtained through face-to-face conversations with teachers was analyzed by content analysis method. The research has revealed the existence of the blast, a situation that all teachers know, observe and try to overcome. The conclusion has been found that the lightning is most applied by the administrators and that it affects teachers psychologically, socially and physically. They also influence the motivation of teachers and damage the teaching process. Teachers have often come to the conclusion that they either remain silent or seek their right to cope with the blurry behavior.

Mobbing is a problem that is frequently encountered in work environments and affects educational institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the views of teachers on mobbing and to focus on topics such as the parties, processes, effects, outcomes, and coping mechanisms of mobbing behavior. In this research designed using a qualitative research method, semi-structured interview questions were used as the data collection tool. The study group of the research was selected using the easily accessible situation sampling method. The study group of the research consists of 15 volunteer teachers who serve at primary and secondary school levels in different state schools in Altıeylül district of Balıkesir province during the spring semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. The data obtained through face-to-face interviews with teachers were analyzed using content analysis method. As a result of the research, the presence of mobbing, which is a situation known, observed and attempted to be overcome by all teachers, has been revealed. It has been concluded that mobbing is mostly applied by administrators and affects teachers psychologically, socially, and physically. Additionally, mobbing behaviors affect teachers' motivation and harm the education process. It has been found that teachers generally either remain silent or fight for their rights to cope with mobbing behavior.
