Abstract:

Strategic management is a dynamic process carried out by organizing its own structures and activities, taking into account the environmental conditions of the organization, and by continuous self-renovation against changes. There are many factors that determine the success of strategic management in an organization. Total Quality Management (TKY) and motivation are some of these factors; the most important. In improving organizational efficiency and efficiency, there is no doubt a close relationship between providing understanding of TKY in the organization in the strategic management process and increasing the level of motivation of individuals. Even the motivation of individuals in the organization will also greatly serve the organization’s understanding of TKY. Therefore, strategic management, TKY and motivation elements in the organization draw attention to complementary and supporting aspects. The main objective of this research is to determine the level of relationship between strategic management, TKY and motivation and to conduct an empirical research on the students of the University of Bitlis Eren affiliated with the Professional Higher School. In the study, the survey was carried out by the researchers personally to a total of 476 students in the three Professional High School associated with Bitlis Eren University.
