Psikolojik Sağlamlığın, Tükenmişlik, İş Tatmini ve Örgütsel Bağlılığa Etkisi: Suriyeli Göçmenlerin Türkçe Öğretmenleri Üzerinde Bir Uygulama

Bu araştırmanın amacı, psikolojik sağlamlıkları yüksek olan öğretmenlerin daha az tükenmişlik yaşamaları sonucu iş tatminlerinin ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının yüksek olup olmayacağını belirlemektir. Urfa ilindeki Suriyeli göçmenlere, 2017 yılının bahar döneminde Türkçe öğreten 430 öğretmenden elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıklarının yüksek olduğu, tükenmişlik yaşamadıkları, işlerinden tatmin oldukları ve örgütlerine bağlılıklarının yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Psikolojik sağlamlığın, iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılıkla olan ilişkilerinin çok zayıf olduğu, tükenmişliğin iş tatmini, psikolojik sağlamlık ve örgütsel bağlılıkla olan ilişkilerinin ters yönlü ve zayıf olduğu, örgütsel bağlılıkla iş tatmini arasında ise zayıf bir ilişkinin var olduğu belirlenmiştir. Psikolojik sağlamlığın tükenmişliği ters yönlü ve orta düzeyde, tükenmişliğin iş tatminini ters yönlü ve orta düzeyde, iş tatmininin ise örgütsel bağlılığı yüksek düzeyde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak psikolojik sağlamlığın tükenmişliği azaltabileceği, düşük tükenmişliğin iş tatminini artırabileceği ve yüksek iş tatmininin örgütsel bağlılığı artırabileceği belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to determine whether teachers with high psychological strength will have higher work satisfaction and organizational commitment as a result of less exhaust. Data from 430 teachers who taught Turkish in the spring of 2017 were analyzed to Syrian migrants in Urfa. The research has found that teachers have high psychological strength, they do not experience exhaust, they are satisfied with their work and their commitment to their organizations is high. It has been determined that the relationships with psychological stability, work satisfaction and organizational commitment are very weak, that the relationships with work satisfaction, psychological stability and organizational commitment are reverse and weak, and that there is a weak relationship between organizational commitment and work satisfaction. The exhaust of psychological stability is reverse and medium, the exhaust affects the work satisfaction reverse and medium, and the work satisfaction affects the organizational commitment at a high level. As a result, it has been determined that psychological well-being can reduce exhaust, that low exhaust can increase work satisfaction, and that high work satisfaction can increase organizational commitment.
