İş ve toplumsal hayatta işleyiş belli kurallar çerçevesinde yürütülmektedir. Temel ahlak düşüncesi toplumun dokusuna nüfuz eden en önemli unsurların başında gelir. Çalışma yaşamında mevcut olan ilişkilerin tamamı etik dediğimiz anlayışa göre şekillenmelidir. Çağdaş devletlerde kurumsal kimlik kazanmış bulunan uygulamalı etik düşüncesi toplumlarda yaygınlaşmaya başlamıştır. Ahlaki bozulmanın iyice hissedildiği bugünlerde devamlı söylenegeldiği gibi etik kavramı kurumlarda önemli olduğu daha da iyi anlaşılmaktadır. Bu nedenle etiğin neleri kapsayıp, kapsamadığının tam olarak bilinmesi de elzemdir. İş ortamlarındaki rekabet duygusunun fazla olduğu yerlerdir. Bu mekânların genel mesleki etik ilkelerin yerine getirilmesi önemli bir gerekliliktir. Bu çalışmada ilkokullarda yönetim etiği ve yönetimde etik ilkelerin uygulanışına yönelik okul müdürlerinin görüşlerinin incelenmesine başvurulmuştur. Araştırmada çalışma grubunu Karaman il merkezinde farklı ilkokullarda görev yapan 10 okul müdürü oluşturmaktadır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formunun ilk kısmında katılımcılara demografik bilgilere ait 5 adet soru yöneltilmiş, ikinci bölümde ise yönetim etiği ve yönetimde etik ilkelerin uygulanışına yönelik 7 soru yöneltilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre okul müdürlerinin yönetimde etik konusunda bir eğitim aldıkları, okullarda etik ilkeler doğrultusunda hareket edildiği, görev paylaşımı, ödüllendirmede etik ilkelere dikkat edilmeye çalışıldığı belirtilmiştir. STK, sendikalar, siyasi gruplar, üst yönetim ve yerel medya unsurlarından az da olsa bazı etik dışı taleplerin okul müdürlerinde baskı unsuru oluşturduğu, etik ilkelerin yönetimlerce içselleştirilmesinin etik yönetimde önemli olduğu ifade edilmiştir.
Work and social activities are carried out in the framework of certain rules. The basic moral thought comes at the forefront of the most important elements that penetrate the tissue of society. All the relationships that exist in the work life must be formed according to the understanding that we call ethics. The practical ethical thought that has gained corporate identity in modern states has begun to spread in societies. It is even better understood that the concept of ethics is important in institutions, as it is constantly said in these days, when the moral distortion is well felt. It is also important to know exactly what ethics encompasses and not encompasses. There is a lot of competition in the workplace. It is essential to comply with the general professional ethical principles of these spaces. In this study, it was applied to the study of the opinions of the school directors on the application of ethical principles in management ethics and management in primary schools. The study group consists of 10 school managers working in different primary schools in Karaman. The data is obtained using a semi-configured interview form. In the study, the method of visual analysis of the quality research methods was used. In the first part of the interview form, the participants were addressed 5 questions about demographic information, and in the second part, 7 questions about the implementation of ethical principles in management and management. According to the findings of the study, the school directors have received a training on ethics in management, the schools are acting according to ethical principles, the task sharing, the awards are trying to pay attention to the ethical principles. It has been stated that some unethical claims, even less than the elements of NGOs, trade unions, political groups, senior governments and local media, are a pressure element on school directors, and that the integration of ethical principles by governments is important in ethical governance.
The functioning of business and social life is carried out within the framework of certain rules. The idea of basic morality is one of the most important elements that permeate the fabric of society. All of the relationships that exist in working life should be shaped according to the understanding that we call ethics. The idea of applied ethics, which has acquired a corporate identity in modern states, has begun to spread in societies. It is even better understood that the concept of ethics, which can be said all the time these days when moral degradation is felt thoroughly, is important in institutions. Therefore, it is also essential to know exactly what ethics covers and does not cover. These are the places where there is a high sense of competition in business environments. The fulfillment of the general professional ethical principles of these places is an important requirement. In this study, management ethics in primary schools and the opinions of school principals regarding the application of ethical principles in management were examined. As a working group in the study, there are 10 school principals working in different primary schools in Karaman city center. The data were obtained using a semi-structured interview form. In the study, descriptive analysis method was used as one of the qualitative research methods. In the first part of the interview form, 5 questions related to demographic information were asked to the participants, and in the second part, 7 questions were asked about management ethics and the application of ethical principles in management. According to the findings of the study, it was stated that the principals of the school received an education on ethics in management, acted in accordance with ethical principles in schools, tried to pay attention to ethical principles in task sharing and rewarding. It has been stated that some unethical demands from NGOs, trade unions, political groups, senior management and local media elements create an element of pressure on school principals, and it is important for ethical principles to be internalized by the administrations in ethical management.
