Abstract:

One of the public institutions in schools is where competition is overwhelming. Healthy implementation of the professional ethical principles present in these environments is of great importance and has a positive or negative impact on organizational commitment. The study was carried out in the primary schools with the opinions of classmates and maternal teachers on the application of ethical principles in management. The research group. In Karaman Central district, 5 class teachers who work in different primary schools and 5 maternal teachers who work in different primary schools are formed. The data is obtained using a semi-configured conversation form. The visual analysis method of the quality research method has been used in the study. The prepared form of the meeting consists of two sections. In the first part, 5 questions were asked in order to identify the demographic information of the participants, and in the second part, 5 questions were addressed on the application of ethical principles in management. According to the findings of the study, teachers in primary schools received a training on ethics in management, teachers in the implementation of ethics principles in schools have negative perceptions about rewarding, imbalance in class distribution, assignment distribution, managers' understanding of management and problems in communication. These points are indicated to have a negative impact on the organizational commitment and that the problems that teachers, students and guardians experience in the communication dimension often complain to the CIMER are a negative pressure element on them. Participating teachers pointed out that the integration of ethical principles by administrators and other stakeholders is very important in ethical management.
