Abstract:

Separation with the classical art tradition can be considered along with the transformation of literature in the apartment of civilization. The modernization process that begins with Tanzimat is the steps to break off the retorical tradition of Turkish poetry and connect with contemporary data to a new cultural life. The literary determination of the Western thoughts and concepts that we see the direct expression in the texts enables to produce secular speech on a material and positivist level. But the outward art concern of the republic's lights, which are linked to the west-centric canon, turns some of the lights of the time to a reverse position. This separation is related to the effort to provide an inner, mysterious sense in front of an outside-oriented secular art cage. The approach of these poets, who also have an intuitive understanding, to the outside world with their subconscious interest, constitutes an important structure of abstract poetry. In this context, when the contents of their works are concerned, another poet is Asaf Hâlet Çelebi, who separates from the contemporary data of the time. The tendency of the poet to build a structure in this direction can be associated with the problems he experiences in the context and point of reconciliation with the period. The fact that Asaf Hâlet Çelebi is in contact with different times and stages from the point where he is underconsciously connected, distorts the geometric perception of time in the modern point of thinking. This first movement, which begins with the rejection of time and length, opens the space for poet’s self-oriented time and ontological questions. The poet’s self-oriented consciousness is separated from the material form of poetry and makes the mysterious movements clear.
