Abstract:

Today, with increasing global competition, strategic trade unions for companies have recorded significant developments. The objective of strategic partnerships can be summarized as entering new markets in an intense competitive environment in which they are, reducing their financial risks and increasing their competitiveness. The most impressive examples of strategic trade unions are seen in the aviation industry. In this study, the phenomenon of developing strategic trade unions in the world, the place of this phenomenon in the aviation sector, and the advantages and disadvantages of strategic trade unions, has been studied. On the other hand, the situation of the three major strategic partnerships still operating in the airline industry, SkyTeam, Star Alliance and One World, has been examined.
