Abstract:

Leadership can be defined as the ability to move a group. The directors of the authorized teachers and school directors have been discussed in this study in terms of leadership situations. The aim of this study is to determine the level of leadership of school managers and managers; how the level of leadership is affected by variables such as age, gender, year of office, civil status; how the leadership styles of educational managers (educational leadership, learning leadership, visionary leadership, ethical leadership, transformative leadership) and the title of task (school managers, managers authorized teachers) change. The study group is a group of school directors and authorized teachers who work in the province of Muş or Bulanık, as well as members of the social media groups are formed by educational managers. The data was created by the Flag (2001) and collected with 44 sub-dimensional leadership surveys consisting of five sub-dimensions (educational leadership, learning leadership, ethical leadership, visionary leadership, transformative leadership). Data analysis is done through the statistical data analysis package program. In the analysis of the data, visual statistics and t tests were used. According to the analysis, there is no meaningful relationship between the leadership styles and the title of task.
