Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to contribute to the literature by examining the type of studies on employment in national literature until 05.09.2022, the language used, the quality, the method of data collection, the year, the scale used, the mass of sampling, the analytics methods used, the variable type used, the dependent, independent, instrumental and regulatory variables that are related, the direction of the correlation between the variables. In the study, a total of fifty eight (58) studies, consisting of articles, theses, declarations and book sections related to employment, were studied. In the research, the content analysis technique of the quality research methods was used. According to the findings obtained, the most work related to employment was done in the type of article, the most Turkish language was used in terms of the language used, the majority of the research was made up of quantitative research, the most survey method was used as data collection technique, the majority of the studies were done between 2016-2021. Research has found that only international scales are used, and tourism sector employees are preferred to take samples. Research has found that the concept of Employment is used in the most dependent variable role and is most frequently perceived associated with organizational support, the intention of leaving the job and the exhaust variables. It is also determined that entered work is in a negative relationship with the organizational support and the intention to leave the job positively and the exhaust change. In the result of the research, the researchers were given recommendations to researchers who thought to study the concept of engraving.
