Abstract:

The New Corporate Economy is an economic idea that extends its origins to the Neo-Classic Economy and Corporate Economy. In the 1990s, he was able to regain with Douglass North. In this context, today Daron keeps up-to-date with the works of Acemoğlu and James Robinson. In particular, there are studies that can be considered important in order to explain the causes of economic growth differences between states. Economic growth differences are based on the idea that the corporate structure lies on the basis of economic growth differences are attempted to explain. With the view that the source of economic growth performance of the countries lies in history, a policy that can be considered an interdisciplinary study is carried out on both historical and economic basis. In this context, property rights are of great importance in terms of economic growth, along with the legal and political concepts. In particular, when it is recognized that the circumstances that make the United States, today’s hegemon state, come to its present position, occur within the framework of the corporate transformations that they have applied in the past, it is an important thinking flow and historical work in terms of the example of other states. The article will assess the contribution of the new corporate economic idea to economic development through law and politics. In the framework of the work in this sense will be discussed the long-term contribution of institutions and property concepts.
