Bireylerin dengeli ve sağlıklı bir şekilde beslenmeleri açısından son derece önemli olan meyve ve sebzelerin hasat dönemi dışında da tüketilebilmesi için iyi bir şekilde muhafaza edilmeleri gerekmektedir. Meyve ve sebzelerin, hasattan sonra yapılarında meydana gelebilecek bozulmaları engelleyerek, tüm yıl boyunca ilk günkü tazeliğini koruması açısından soğuk hava depoları oldukça önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Denizli ilinin Çivril ilçesinde bulunan, her türlü meyve ve sebzenin depolanabildiği soğuk hava depo alternatifleri Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden SWARA ve Bulanık COPRAS yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. SWARA yöntemi ile kriterlerin ağırlıkları belirlenerek, Bulanık COPRAS yöntemi ile alternatifler sıralanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda çiftçiler içinuygun soğuk hava deposu belirlenmiştir.
Fruit and vegetables, which are extremely important for individuals to have a balanced and healthy diet, must be well preserved in order to be consumed outside the harvest period. Cold air storage plays a very important role in preserving its first-day freshness throughout the year, preventing the disturbances that fruit and vegetables may occur in their structures after harvesting. In this study, the cold air storage alternatives, which can be stored with all kinds of fruits and vegetables located in the province of Denizli, were evaluated by the methods SWARA and Bulanık COPRAS from the methods of Multi-Critical Decision Making (CKKV). By determining the weights of the criteria with the SWARA method, alternatives are ranked with the Bully COPRAS method. At the end of the study, the farmers were established a suitable cold air warehouse.
