2008 sonrası süreçte neoliberalizmin son finansal krizi birçok ülkede kamu mali krizine dönüşmüştür. Söz konusu kamu mali krizi, krizdeki ülkelerin ana politik gündemini şekillendiren bir süreci doğurmuştur. Bu süreç hükümetlerin siyasal iktidarının meşruiyet krizine ve kamu maliyesinin siyasallaşmasına işaret etmektedir. Bunun başlıca nedeni neoliberalizme karşı geniş toplumsal eylemlerin yükselmesidir. Bu çalışmada 2008 sonrası süreçteki son mali kriz ele alınırken, vergi devletine ve neoliberal kemer sıkma politikalarına karşı sergilenen kitlesel hareketler de göz önünde bulundurulur. Ayrıca krizin bu toplumsal yönünün maliyedeki kuramsal yansımaları eleştirel maliye kuramları ışığında yorumlanmaktadır
in the post 2008, the last financial crisis of neoliberalism has turned into the public financial crisis in many countries, the public financial crisis has given a process that shaped the country’s main political agenda in the crisis, this process signals the prosecution crisis of political power of governments and the politicalization of the public finance, which is the main reason for the rise of large social actions against neoliberalism, while the last financial crisis in the post 2008, the mass movements that are exhibited against the tax state and neoliberal arch clamping policies, are also considered in the financial direction of the financial interpretations in the way of the financial interpretations in this study
