Bu çalışmada, Eskişehir ili sınırları içerisinde bulunan ve ülkemiz açısından ekonomik değeri oldukça yüksek olan bastnasit cevherinde bulunan Barit (BaSO4) mineralinin flotasyon tekniği ile seçici olarak cevherden ayırımı ve yüksek saflıkta barit elde edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlgili bölgeden tekniğe uygun olarak alınan cevher numunesi kırıtıcı-öğütücü yardımı ile öğütülmüş ve uygun tanecik boyutuna getirilmiştir. Uygun tanecik boyutundaki cevher numunesine eleme işlemi uygulanmış ve bu sayede uygun tanecik boyutlu ve homojenize edilmiş numune elde edilmiştir. Homojenize edilmiş numune içerisinde bulunan mineral analizi için uygun çözünürleştirilme işlemi yapıldıktan sonra analizler yapılmış, cevher bünyesinde bulunan, bastnasit, barit ve fluorit gibi minerallerin numune içerisindeki miktarları tespit edilmiştir. Ön flotasyon işlemleri ile baritin flotasyon verimleri incelenmiş ancak istenilen düzeyde zenginleştirilme yapılamamıştır. Flotasyon veriminin düşük olmasının cevherin minerolojik yapısından kaynaklandığı düşünülmüş ve cevherin kristal yapısını değiştirmek amacıyla flotasyon işleminden önce sülfürleme prosesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sülfürleme prosesinden sona gerçekleştirilen flotasyon çalışmalarında baritin flotasyon veriminde ciddi oranda artış olduğu yapılan deneyler sonucunda görülmüştür. Tespit edilen optimum flotasyon koşullarında yapılan deneylerde cevher bünyesinde yer alan baritin % 92.04 flotasyon verimi ile cevherdeki tenörürünün % 31,13’den % 91.14’e yükseldiği tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the aim of the Barit (BaSO4) mineral, which is located within the borders of the Eskişehir and has a fairly high economic value in our country, is to be selectively separated from the barit with the floating technique and obtained barit in high purity. The sample of cave taken in accordance with the technique from the area concerned has been tailored with the help of a broker-tracker and brought to the appropriate tank size. The process of removal is applied to the sampling sample of the appropriate tank size and thus the appropriate tank size and homogenized sample is obtained. After the appropriate dissolving process for the analysis of the minerals found in the homogenized sample, the analyses were carried out, the amounts of minerals found in the sample, such as bastnasite, barite and fluorite, were identified. The pre-flotation processes and the barite floating outcomes have been studied but no enrichment has been made at the desired level. The low floating efficiency is believed to be due to the minerological structure of the cabbage and the sulfurization process was carried out before the floating process in order to change the crystal structure of the cabbage. In the floating work done at the end of the sulfuring process, the result of experiments was a serious increase in the floating efficiency of the barite. Experiments conducted in the optimum floating conditions found that the barite in the cave was 92.04 per cent floating output and the tenorite in the cave increased from 31.13 per cent to 91.14 per cent.
