Beyazlatma materyallerinin siloran esaslı kompozit rezinin yüzey sertliği üzerine etkilerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 3 ofis tip beyazlatıcımateryalin siloran esaslı bir kompozit rezinin Filtek Silorane - 3M ESPE, USA yüzey sertliğiüzerine etkisini değerlendirmek ve bir hibrid kompozit rezin Filtek Supreme XT- 3M ESPE, USA ile karşılaştırmaktır.Restoratif materyallere ait 50’şer silindirik örnek 2 mm yüksekliğinde ve 6 mm çapında hazırlandı ve 24 saat 37°C distile suda bekletildi. Örnekler rastgele seçilerek 5’er gruba ayrıldı n:10 . Herkompozit rezine ait bir grup başlangıç ölçümü içinayrılarak, 100 gram yük ve 15s bekletme süresialtında Vickers VHN yüzey sertlik ölçümleri alındı HSV 1000 microhardness tester, Bulut MakineSan. Tic. Ltd. Şti., İstanbul /Turkey . Ölçümlerörneklerin üst yüzeyinden, örnek marjinlerinin enaz 1 mm içindeki ve birbirine 1 mm.’den yakın olmayacak 3 bölgeden gerçekleştirildi ve bu ölçümlerin ortalamas› al›narak, o örneğin yüzey sertliği olarak kaydedildi. Diğer 3’er gruptaki örneklere aşağ›daki beyazlatma materyalleri üretici firma önerileri doğrultusunda uyguland›; %38.5 hidrojen peroksit içeren jel Opalescence Boost - Ultra DENT Products, Australia , % 37.5 hidrojen peroksit içeren jel Pola Office - SDI, Australia ve % 30 karbonid peroksit içeren jel Zaris White & Brite - 3M ESPE, USA . Kalan son gruplar ise kontrol grubu olarak değerlendirildi ve herhangi bir beyazlatma işlemi uygulanmad›. Kontrol ve tedavi grubu örneklerinin yüzey sertlikleri başlang›ç ölçümleri ile benzer şekilde al›nd›. Veriler istatistiksel olarak analiz edildi. Çal›şmada kullan›lan her iki kompozit rezinin yüzey sertliklerinin uygulanan beyazlatma materyalleri ve uygulama say›s›ndan etkilendiği gözlendi p0.001 .

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of a composite resin based on siloran of the 3 office type whitening material on the surface hardness of the Filter Silorane - 3M ESPE, USA and to compare a hybrid composite resin with the Filter Supreme XT- 3M ESPE, USA.The 50 shares of cylindrical samples of restorative materials were prepared at a height of 2 mm and diameter of 6 mm and kept in distilled water for 24 hours 37°C. Examples were randomly selected and divided into 5 group n:10 . With a group of start measurements belonging to the hercomposite resin, 100 grams of load and 15s of waiting time were taken by Vickers VHN surface hardness measurements HSV 1000 microhardness tester, Cloud MachineSan. The Tic. The Ltd. Istanbul and Turkey. From the top surface of the samples, the sampling margins are within at least 1 mm and 1 mm to each other. It was carried out from 3 areas that will not be near and the average of these measurements was recorded as the surface hardness, for example. The other 3 group examples are subject to “whiteing materials” according to the manufacturer’s company’s recommendations; the gel containing 38.5 % hydrogen peroxide, Opalescence Boost – Ultra DENT Products, Australia, the gel containing 37.5 % hydrogen peroxide, Pola Office – SDI, Australia and the gel containing 30 % carbonide peroxide, Zaris White & Brite – 3M ESPE, USA. The remaining last groups were considered as the control group and no white-up process was implemented.” The surface hardness of the control and treatment group samples begins in the same way as the ‘c’ measurements. The data was analyzed statistically. It was observed that the surface hardness of both the composite resin in the play›use in›lan was affected by the applied whitening materials and application number›s. p0.001 .
