Abstract:

Bu çalýþmanýn amacý ilköðretim okulu öðretmenlerinin örgütsel deðerlere iliþkin görüþlerinin incelenmesidir. Bu çalýþmanýn örneklemini Bolu ili merkezinde bulunan ilköðretim okullarýnda 2006–2007 öðretim yýlý bahar döneminde görev yapmakta olan ilköðretim okulu öðretmenleri (n=77) oluþturmaktadýr. Çalýþma ile ilgili nitel veriler araþtýrmacý tarafýndan ilköðretim okulu öðretmenleri ile 2006–2007 öðretim yýlý bahar döneminde yarý yapýlandýrýlmýþ mülakat formlarý kullanýlarak toplanmýþtýr. Çalýþmanýn sonucunda öðretmenlerin iþbirliðini kurumlarýnýn deðeri olarak kabul ettikleri, kurumsal deðerlerin belirlenmesi sýrasýnda ortak çalýþmalarýn yapýldýðýný, kurumun deðerleri belirlenirken herkesin görüþlerinin alýnmasýnýn gerektiðini, çalýþtýklarý kurumun bu deðerlere yeterince sahip olduðunu, kurumlarýndaki deðerler belirlenmeden önce insan iliþkilerininyeterli düzeyde olduðunu ve kurumlarýnda deðerlerin belirlenmesinden sonra insan iliþkilerinin daha iyiye gittiðini belirttikleri sonucuna varýlmýþtýr

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to examine primary school teachers’ opinions in relation to organizational values. The subjects of this study were the primary school teachers (n=77) working in the city center of Bolu during the spring semester of the 2006-2007 academic year. During the study, qualitative data were collected by the researcher during the spring semester of 2006-2007 academic years through using semi-structured interview forms with primary school teachers. The results of the study indicated that teachers considered cooperation as their organizational value, during the identification of their organizational values they stated meetings were held, during the identification of their organizational values perceptions of all related people should be considered, they believed that their organizations have the values at the desired level, human relations were at the at the required level before and human relations were getting better and better.
