Abstract:

The main objective of the study is to indicatively study the family-themed pictures of pre-school children. The research was conducted on a group of 6 years (72 months) who were educated in a state primary school in the 2018-2019 Education-Teaching Spring Semester, chosen from the Çanakkale County Center. The work group was created by selecting 5 girls and 5 boys, with a simple random sample from the type of probability-based sampling from 58 participants, in order to provide the analysis of the data and the purpose-appropriate deepening. The application has begun with three-week "Individual Event" plans in accordance with the 2013 National Ministry of Education Pre-School Activity Program. The data of the research designed with the event design from the type of quality research were collected through the sub-themes "We have guests" under the main theme "Family" for 3 weeks, "We are in the family" and "My Beautiful Room" images and unstructured conversations with students were carried out and analyzed through the indicative analysis technique. The study found that the children’s paintings contained objective and cultural values; the indicators, the indicators and the indicators they used were similar. There have been differences in the illustration, indication and triangles that girls use in their pictures and in the analysis of the triangles in the pictures of men.
