So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to constitute a HEdPERF scale used to measure the quality of service offered to students in higher education that has been tested to establish the validity and reliability. Thus, Explanatory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis have been used. The findings shows that the scale of the quality of service offered by institutions of higher education in Turkey is a reliable and valid measure could be used as a measurement tool
