This study was carried out with the aim of showing the effect of the election systems applied in the general elections held between1950-2002 on election results. In this study, the effects of the electoral systems applied in the general elections held between 1950-2002 were investigated. In the research, it was seen that the election laws applied in the general elections between 950-1960 gave importance to the stability of the governance. In the general elections held between 1960 and 1980, justice of representation was given importance in response to the pre-1960 political events. Likewise, in the general elections held after 1980, it was determined that the election law for stability in the administration was accepted in response to the political negatives before 1980. The electoral systems applied in elections are seen as important in terms of justice and stability in representation.
