Budd-Chiari syndrome is a clinical disorder that causes congestive liver damage as a result of obstruction of hepatic venous blood flow. Many underlying factors cause thrombosis such as pregnancy, oral contraceptive use, myeleoproliferative diseases, antiphospholipid syndrome (aPL). Due to BCS is rarely seen in pregnancy, there are limited data, regarding pregnancy outcome and management during the pregnancy and postpartum period. In this case report, we describe a case of patients with BCS developed based on aPL during the pregnancy.
