Abstract:

 This study aimed to determine whether the financial attitude level of employees in health institutions differs according to their socio-demographic and descriptive characteristics and to determine the relationship between personality types and financial attitude. The population of this descriptive and cross-sectional study consists of the personnel of the Kayseri Provincial Health Directorate and 235 people were reached. The questionnaire form used as a data collection tool consists of three parts. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire using the SPSS 22 program, it was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the financial attitude scale and the income and expense coverage status, financial attitude feeling, and personality type. There is a statistically significant negative and moderate relationship between personality type and financial attitude; As a result of the regression analysis, it was revealed that personality types have a statistically significant effect on financial attitude.
