In a world where everything changes rapidly, it is inevitable that changes will occur in educational organizations, which are open social systems. The purpose of this research is to examine the reasons why teachers, civil servants and servants working in schools that are educational organizations resist change, and which methods and techniques are used by school principals, who are the main actors of the school that manages organizational change. Global and technological developments affect educational organizations. While some of the employees of the organization support the change in the change implementation process; some of them show resistance to change, either openly or covertly. The effect of the school administrator's leadership characteristics and management style in managing the change process in the school is important. The change will be successful if the successful school leader activates all the stakeholders of the school and ensures that they work in cooperation and solidarity.
