Andragoji, yetişkinlerin öğrenme özelliklerine odaklanan eğitim yaklaşımlarından biridir. Çocukların öğrenmelerine rehberlik etme pedagoji, yetişkinlere öğretme metodu için de andragoji kavramı kullanılmaktadır. Her yaşın öğrenme ihtiyaç ve özellikleri birbirinden farklı olduğu için geleneksel pedagojiden ayrı olarak andragojik ilkelerin de dikkate alınması önemlidir. Burada andragoji ile yetişkinler kastedilmektedir ki, bu grup aynı zamanda dini açıdan vahye muhatap olan hedef kitledir. Değerler açısından bir analiz yapıldığında, İslam’ın çok geniş bir değerler manzumesine sahip olduğu, insanın iyi niyetle, iyi işler yapmasının Allah’a kul olma (ibadet) ile eşitlendiği görülecektir. İslam'da değerlerin kaynağı Kur'an ve Sünnettir. Namaz, zekat, hac vb birçok ibadet değerlerle yüklüdür. Ayrıca İslam her türlü kötülüğü ve ahlaksızlığı yasaklamaktadır. Böylece insan, bir yandan amaçlı ve anlamlı eylemler yapmaya teşvik edilmekte, diğer yandan da her türlü kötülüğü işlemekten uzak durmaya davet edilmektedir. Bu aynı zamanda, toplumdaki aksiyolojik kapasiteyi yükselten ve kötülüğün iyilik karşısında mevzilenmesine de engel oluşturacak çok temel bir yaklaşımdır. Vahiy ekseninde temellenen değer anlayışına göre, insanın kendi iç dünyasındaki değişmelerle, toplumsal değişim arasında doğrudan bir ilişki vardır. İnsanın ebedi kurtuluşu, onun için bir hak değildir. Bu değere ulaşması için kişisel çaba ve mücahede etmesi gerekir. Bunun yolu ise iman ve salih ameldir. Buna göre, insanın, eylem ve davranışlarında inanca dayalı bir seçim yaparak ahlaki bir toplum inşa etmesi mümkündür ve inanan her insan bundan sorumludur. Burada belirleyici olan Allah’ın vahyettiği yol gösterici ilkelere bağlı kalmaktır. Yukarıda söz edilen bağlamlar eşliğinde, bu araştırmada iki temel amaç üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bunlardan biri, toplumda yeniden yapılandırılan temel insani değerlerin oluşmasını değişimle ilişkilendirerek açıklayan bir model olarak İslam’ın değerler eğitimi anlayışına vurgu yapmak, diğeri de somut bir değer eylemi olarak salih amelin, İslam’ın açıkladığı “iyilik yolu” ile insanı bütünleştirdiğine dikkatleri çekmektir.
Andragoji is one of the educational approaches focused on the learning characteristics of adults. Pedagogy to guide children to learn, and the concept of andregoji is also used for the method of teaching adults. Because the learning needs and characteristics of each age are different from each other, it is important to consider andragological principles apart from traditional pedagogics. Here Andragoji and adults are meant that this group is also a target audience that is a religious discourse of the revelation. When an analysis is made in terms of values, it will be seen that Islam has a very wide range of values, and that man’s doing good things with good intention is equal to serving Allah. The source of the values in Islam is the Qur’an and the Sunnah. Andragogy is one of the educational approaches that focuses on adults learning characteristics. Pedagogy means guidance of the art and science of teaching children while andragogy means helping adults learn. Since the learning needs and traits of all ages are different from each other, it is important to consider andragogical principals that differ from those of the classical pedagogy. In this context, it is the adults that are meant by andragogy; these very same group of people are also the target group who are ecclesiastically the object of revelations. When analysed concerning values, it is seen clearly that Islam has a very extensive set of values and human’s making good things with goodwill is parallel with being a servant of the God (Allah). The source of values in Islam is Qur’an and Mitzvah. So many worship such as praying, charity, pilgrimage are loaded with value. Islam also forbids all kinds of evil and immorality. Thus, people are encouraged to engage in purposeful and meaningful actions while on the other hand he is invited to avoid any evil. This also a very basic approach that raises axiological capacity in the community and prevents the stationing of good against evil. According to the understanding of the values rooted in revelation axis, there is a direct relationship between social change and ones in their inner world. The eternal salvation of mankind is not right for him. It is required for people to have personal effort and combat for reaching this value. This way passes from faith and righteous deeds. Accordingly, for the human, it is possible to build a society based on moral choice by faith and believe in the actions and each faithful body is responsible for this. Here, which is decisive is to remain faithful to the principles that Allah has revealed. According to the above mentioned context, the main aims are adopted in the study. One of them is to emphasize to understanding of Islam's values education as a model describing the formation of basic human values associated by changing in the community. Other one is to call attention to good deeds, as a concrete action value, which integrate people with “good way” in Islam.
