In this research article, it is studied the identification of financial rates that are significant on the exchange performance of manufacturing enterprises. For this purpose, 89 manufacturing enterprises were included in the analysis of the work. The study used panel data analysis and annual data for the period 2013-2018. In the panel data model, the market-book value is taken as a dependent variable. Liquidity rate, currency rate, receiving turnover rate, active turnover rate, stock turnover rate, interest and pre-tax profit / interest expenditure, short-term debt / long-term debt, active return and self-source return rates have been included in the analysis as independent variables. According to the findings, the liquidity rate, the revenue turnover rate, the self-source return and the active return variables significantly affect the stock exchange performance of enterprises in the manufacturing sector. The active return from meaningful variables affects the stock exchange performance of the manufacturing sector in a positive direction; the liquidity rate, the turnover rate and the capital return rate affects the stock exchange performance of the manufacturing sector in a negative direction. According to the findings, the highest ratio has the lowest turn rate while having an active return. Analysis findings also found that currency rates, stock turnover rates, active turnover rates, interest and pre-tax profits and short-term debt/long-term debt variables did not affect the stock performance of the manufacturing sector.
