Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, formal and non-formal education in all countries was carried out by distance education. It aroused curiosity about the views of the students in the applications for distance education. In the study, it is aimed to examine the views of students studying at the conservatory on distance education applications during the Covid-19 process. The research was structured based on the descriptive survey model. The study group consisted of students (n=189) studying at the Kafkas University State Conservatory. As data collection tools were used “Personal Information Form” and “Student Opinions Scale for Distance Education”. To analyze the data were used Arithmetic mean, frequency, standard deviation, independent groups t-test and one-way analysis of variance (Anova). As a result of the research, it was seen that the students studying at the conservatory were partially satisfied with the teaching of the courses with distance education. It was determined that there was no significant difference according to gender and the main art branch they studied. It was observed that the results of the other sub-factors were significant, except for the instructional sub-factor dimension of the scale, according to the grade level of the students' opinions. In addition, it was determined that the lessons achieved their goals and objectives, the scores of the students who accessed remotely by computer were higher than the students who accessed remotely by mobile phone, and there was a significant difference in the effectiveness sub-factor dimension of the scale according to the main instrument they performed. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the views of the students studying in the music department, Turkish folk music, Turkish classical music and Turkish folk dances are generally similar.
