Metinlerin temalara uygunluğu bakımından Türkçe ders kitapları üzerine bir inceleme

Abstract:

Öz Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2016-2017 öğretim yılında okutulan tüm ilkokul ve ortaokul Türkçe ders kitaplarındaki metinlerin, bulundukları temaya uygunluğunu incelemektir. Çalışmanın önemi, metin ve tema uyumunu ele alan en geniş kapsamlı çalışma olmasıdır. Hem nitel, hem nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada öncelikle doküman analizi yöntemiyle temaya uygun olmayan metinler belirlenmiş ve uygunsuzluğun nedenleri açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra, kitaplardaki temalar, içerdikleri metinlerin uygunluk oranları bakımından incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, toplam metin sayısına göre az sayıda da olsa, tema ile kısmen uyumlu ve tamamen uyumsuz metinlerin bu kitaplarda yer aldığını göstermektedir.

A Study On Turkish Textbooks In Terms Of The Appropriateness Of Texts To Themes

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the appropriateness of texts to themes in primary and secondary school Turkish textbooks used in 2016-2017 school year. This study is significant because its scope is the widest among other studies on text and theme appropriateness. In this study, in which both qualitative and quantitative research methods are used, firstly, the texts that are not appropriate to the theme are determined by the document analysis method and the reasons for the inappropriateness are explained. Then, the themes in the books are examined in terms of the appropriateness rates of the texts they contain. The findings indicate that most of the texts are appropriate but there are also some texts that are partially appropriate or completely inappropriate
