So many results that aren't mine?

In this study, the objective was to attempt to determine the individual perceptions related to the health services offered in our country that is the perceptions, as to how often health services were received, what criteria were used while deciding on the medical institution, the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the health care receivers related to the institution, laboratory and pharmacy services and finally preventive health care services
