Ritual texts constitute the important part of Hittite cuneiform scripts. When examined these documents, it is understood that the rituals were executed in a special environment.When we examine these documents it is understood that rituals are performed in a special space. The rituals were conducted in the lands that are not used as daily living areas and for agricultural purposes. The main purpose of these actions carried out outside the Hittite cities is to remove the believed evils that threaten or harm human life, and to enter the city as cleansed spiritually and physically by getting rid of the dirtiness. GIŠZA.LAM.GAR the tent which was an inseparable part of Hittite magic ritual, mentioned in the Hittite Rituals is portable sacred spaces set up outside the city. According to the cuneiform sources, the tent were set up on the edges of the river and in deserted places which were not plowed and numerosu a. Numerous actions took place within the tent which was an inseparable part of Hittite magic rituals. Within the context of the study, the place and the importance of environment of "the tent" in the Hittite world will be analysed in the light of philological data
